Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2026 at our site in Lund. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

You will be based in Lund, Sweden but you will work in a global arena.
From day one, you will experience a truly global environment, with the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across different countries and contribute to initiatives that have an international footprint.
As you progress, you will gradually integrate into the team and develop into a Planning Expert, taking ownership of a portfolio of Additional Material or Base Material products. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth Sales & Operations execution, working closely with Supplier Management, the Additional Material supply area, Regional ISC teams, and Market Operations—often interacting with teams across different regions and time zones.
What you will do
- Global ownership and planning of assigned AM products portfolio, contributing and actively participating to the S&OP process from a Global and Regional perspective
- Inventory Control and Optimization based on demand fluctuation and installed base expected production
- S&OP process ownership and lead of BCP (Business Continuity Process) and crisis situations of assigned AM products portfolio
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects and activities involving factories, Regions, global functions and Market Operations.
- Active contribution to the Supply Chain transformation towards system integration
- Contribution to the creation of an E2E Supply Chain, from capacity planning to after-sales support by an effective collaboration cross-function
- Responsible for reporting and KPI measurement, maintenance and improvement (SAP, BW, PBI)
- Analysis of data to better take decisions
We believe you have
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, solve problems, and make fact based recommendations.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence to interact with different stakeholders.
- Proactive, curious, and motivated to learn—showing drive, accountability, and a hands on attitude.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with peers and stakeholders in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
- Resilient, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast paced, customer focused context.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent English skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Educational background in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Data Science/Statistics, or IT is preferred.
- Experience or exposure to SAP IBP, SAP S/4HANA, or other planning systems is appreciated (not required).
- Any academic project or internship related to IT, data analysis, or supply chain is considered a plus.
