Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2025 at our site in Lund. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 12 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

You will be based in Lund, Sweden but you will work in a global arena. 

What you will do

As our new Future Talent – Operational Technology (OT) Engineer you will:

 

  • Support and develop our OT infrastructure at Tetra Pak factories
  • Providing support and troubleshooting for client-side applications and systems.
  • Performing software installations and packaging of software
  • Find and keep track of any recurring issues and work towards identifying long-term solutions.
  • We work in agile sprints, and you will be part of the development team
  • Maintaining and optimizing our server infrastructure. This includes regular updates, security patches, and ensuring high availability and performance at our factories around the world
  • Your focus will be on managing and maintaining our OT systems. This includes monitoring and controlling industrial processes, ensuring the reliability and security of OT networks, and collaborating with other teams to integrate OT and IT systems effectively. 
  • Regular audits and compliance checks are also essential to ensure we meet industry standards and minimize security risks.
  • You will be part of a global team with most interactions in English
  • Script and reporting skillset

We believe you have

  • You have a Masters Degree in Information Technology (Graduated 2024-2025)
  • It is possible that you have experience working in IT or OT environments
  • You are fluent in English, written and spoken. 
  • You have good communications skills, written and spoken
  • Previous international studies/experience are considered meritorious
