Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2025 at our site in Lund. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

You will be based in Lund, Sweden but you will work in a global arena. 

What you will do

As our new Future Talent – Sales Support New Food you will:

  • Support our Market Sales colleagues by bridging the gap between complex scientific processes and business needs.
  • Assess client requirements to identify appropriate bioprocess solutions.
  • Provide technical support to demonstrate how these solutions can enhance productivity and sustainability.
  • Work in collaboration with biotechnologists, bioprocessing engineers, and other categories departments to tailor offerings based on Tetra Pak’s portfolio and technologies that align with clients’ unique production goals. 

We believe you have

  • You have a master’s degree in Biotechnology, Bioprocess Engineering or Biotechnology Management (Graduated 2024-2025).
  • Knowledge of bioprocess equipment (like bioreactors and downstream processing units), and familiarity with emerging trends in alternative proteins. 
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, as they often lead customer engagements, conduct technical demonstrations, and follow up on feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • You are fluent in English, written and spoken.
