Job Summary

We are looking for a Commissioning Leader, who will lead commissioning activities in projects. The position is a permanent position.

In this role you will be responsible for commissioning activities. Plan and analyse commissioning project time schedule, lead internal, subcontracted companies/consultants. Secure Commissioning & Performance validation. Drive Health & Safety activities at site.

We are open for candidates based in European Union. Travelling required up to full time.  

What you will do

As Commissioning Leader, you will:

  • Lead & Inspire: Direct commissioning activities, guiding engineers and customer operators.
  • Troubleshoot & Resolve: Analyze issues, troubleshoot breakdowns, and lead root cause analysis.
  • Plan & Execute: Strategize commissioning timelines and manage teams, including subcontractors.
  • Collaborate & Coach: Work closely with customers, internal teams, and suppliers to deliver excellence.
  • Drive Innovation: Identify new business opportunities and contribute to Tetra Pak's growth.
  • Document & Share: Keep site logs, ensure timely documentation, and share insights with your team.

We believe you have

  • Bachelor's or Technical Diploma in Dairy, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation Engineering or equivalent professional qualifications
  • +7 years of commissioning engineering within food industry
  • A large network internally and externally with commissioning partners. 
  • An ability to work in a high paced environment and can structure your work efficiently to deliver accurate and timely results. 
  • A very good command of English, both written and verbal is a must.
