Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Control Manager who will be supporting for all aspects of financial management and governance processes on behalf of the Next Chapter Systems Platform (NCSP) Strategic Programme. This involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders such as program management, finance teams, system integrator, and IT leaders to ensure that financial targets are met, risks are identified and managed, and opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements are leveraged.
Your mission is to support the successful execution of the NCSP Programme by providing financial guidance and oversight to ensure that Tetra Pak can realize the expected benefits in a financially sustainable manner.
The position is permanent, and you will be based in any Tetra Pak location within CET time zone proximity. Lund, Sweden is preferred location.
What you will do
As Business Control Manager NCSP Programme, you will work close with:
Business Control:
- Lead the financial planning and forecasting process: Continue to develop the financial structure and reporting system that ensures actual performance vs FC/AB/3YP addressing corporate requirements.
- Perform variance analysis: Manage financial controls, spend, forecasts, budgets and related analysis for decision making. Secure programme team understands financial model, budgeting, and their responsibilities with an agreed cadence.
- Follow up the business case of the programme incl. reporting towards GFC, TLGB and auditors. Validate value drivers/pools for their link and impact on business operations and benefits.
- Continuously improving and follow up the early warning system for tracking KPIs using modern solutions (e.g. Power BI). Educate key business owners how to measure value achievement with standard templates.
Benefits Realisation office:
- Support the Value office in follow up of identified benefits.
Commercial & Legal:
- Support the further development of the commercial model with the System integrator on behalf of the programme. Participate in negotiating and enforcing contractual aspects, financial control and follow-up, to manage disputes and settlements.
- Control financial relationship with key 3rd party suppliers on monthly basis: Invoices verification, payment follow up etc.
- Drive and Follow up of Change Review Board decisions impacting financial performance of the programme.
We believe you have
- A university degree within Finance, Business Administration or equivalent combined with at least 5 years of Business Control and Business Partner experience. You are an expert in analysis tools and have extensive process and product knowledge.
- In this role it is truly important to have strong analytical skills and a systematic approach to problem solving and definition. We also see that you possess a high level of drive and business understanding and is able to exercise informal authority and to influence decision making involving senior stakeholders.
- Furthermore, you are result oriented, organized, focused on performance and to deliver accurate and timely results. You possess great presentation skills and an ability to clearly communicate with all levels within the organization. You are a strong team player. Building networks to understand and solve obstacles comes natural to you. You will be acting in a context with many different perspectives, it is essential you are good at handling changes and excellent in stakeholder management.
- Excellent command of English, both written and oral is required.
