Job Summary

Would you like to drive a mix of activities, development needs and influence our future portfolio for food processing?
 
The Development & Quality (D&Q) department within Liquid Food Solutions (LFS) has a global role to develop new products and production concepts for the different business streams; Dairy, Beverage, Prepared food and Plant-based industry. The D&Q team, Project Management & Planning supports the business with product development, business transformation, and other needs for the business streams and other key stakeholders. 

We are now looking for an Associate Project Manager to support and drive development projects within LFS. In this role, you’ll also act as a Scrum Master, facilitating agile events and helping the team stay focused and organized. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across our global organization. You will work with the newest food processing technologies, delivering new innovations and improvements, in the field of process optimization, sustainability and product quality.

This is a permanent position located in Lund, Sweden or Pune, India. 
Travel may occur but is limited.  

What you will do

  • Take the role of Scrum Master for one or several development teams
  • Facilitate various agile events, such as stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, helping the team follow Agile principles and continuously improve.
  • Maintain and update Agile tools (Jira, Mural, Confluence) to ensure accurate tracking of tasks, progress, and team capacity.
  • Support and manage development projects and activities according to a prioritized backlog.
  • Inform, report and give recommendations to relevant governance bodies to facilitate decisions and progress.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, and other stakeholders, to deliver solutions aligned with defined business objectives
  • Actively contribute to the LFS Agile methodology, fostering continuous improvements and team collaboration.

We believe you have

A passion about people and a strong drive for results with solid stakeholder management skills. This will enable you to navigate in a matrix organisation. We also see that you can easily interact with people at different levels and build trust. You are persistent, structured, have strong analytical and planning skills and is self-motivated. 

You have at least 3 years Project Management / Scrum Master or equivalent experience from technology or product development, preferably within the food processing industry or similar. It is a merit if you hold a BSc in Engineering and are PMI certified as well as having experience from working with both waterfall and agile methodologies. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
