Future Talent Programme – leadership track is a two-year trainee programme to develop your leadership skills and give you broad business knowledge in an international environment. You will be part of a truly global company with a dynamic, innovative mindset as well as strong roots in a technological environment.
You will be recruited to a certain position with a permanent contract from day one. During your journey, you will follow a development plan that is specifically designed for you. It will include a combination of job-rotations into different organizations, international assignments, work in your own department as well as formal training and seminars.

Production Quality Engineer - Future Talent Programme (m/f/d)

We are looking for a talented and highly motivated new graduate to join our Future Talent Programme starting in September 2021 and become the next generation of engineers and leaders in our industry.

You will join Tetra Pak Produktions GmbH in Limburg where we produce high-quality cardboard packaging material for liquid food (founded in 1969).

You will be based in Limburg, Germany.

What You Will Do

As a Production Quality Engineer, you will:

  • Be part of Tetra Pak’s exciting digitalization and continuous improvement journey.
  • Improve processes through Six Sigma (statistical process control) and digital process monitoring systems.
  • Run your own and take part in various digitization projects.
  • Actively apply the concepts of TPM (Toyota System), Lean, Kaizen and WCM (World Class Manufacturing), to improve processes.
  • Resolve quality problems and defects on the production lines, manage customer complaints and technical faults.
  • Drive new sustainable product and material implementation in production process.
  • Be part of inline quality control systems development.
  • Conduct loss analysis and use data analytics to suggest improvements.
  • Create new methods and specifications.
  • Develop data acquisition systems and data analysis.

Who You Are

We believe you have:

  • Finished recently or are about to finish (2020 or 2021) your studies in engineering, automation technology, industrial engineering, food science, natural sciences (or similar) and you are ready to start in a full-time position from 1st September 2021.
  • As an advantage experience with big data analysis, basic knowledge of programming, statistical process control - Six Sigma and other data management applications.
  • Passion to work in a culture driven by innovation, sustainability, growth and performance.
  • A mature, professional personality with the ability to build and utilize a broad international network.
  • A result-oriented personality with quality mindset.
  • Motivation to apply your theoretical knowledge into actual challenges.
  • A strong personal drive to solve problems and continuously improve processes based on data and insights.
  • Ability to organize tasks, manage time and drive processes yourself.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and you enjoy working closely together with others to meet shared goals.
  • Excellent command of German and English (written and spoken).
