Services Account Representative


The Services Account Representative is the main first contact for operational Services business matters. This includes facilitating services sales growth, ambition through account management, sales opportunity analysis, management of services contracts, service coordination and customer support. Offering quality service with innovative solutions, looking to drive excellence in customer satisfaction. 
The position is based in Lima, Peru.
You will be travelling up to 25 % of your time to our customer sites.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

What will you do


As a Services Account Representative, you will: 


  • Participate with input to the preparation of the sales strategy including Service Key Account Plan by using internal and external data sources.
  • Lead analysis and follow up sales opportunities and promote services based on customer information, together with Service Key Account Manager and Service Team 
  • Participate in customer relationships from an operational perspective and transational sales through structered communication.
  • Participate in analysis and follow up customer satisfaction results together with services functions.
  • Lead communication and planning with customers for service and maintenance events, permanent solutions and mandatory re building kits.
  • Participate in preparation of service contract execution and confirm resources for delivery of services and service delivery control.
  • Lead coordination and follow up Service Contract execution and Service Contract fulfilment participate.
  • Lead customer inquiries, respond and channel it into the organisation incluiding technical issues and creation of transational quotations based on priced services offerings.
  • Lead customer related master data updates and ensures accuracy to drive transational sales and services business.
  • Lead planning and sourcing of local material and labour.

Who you are


We believe you have: 


  • Degree in Business Administration/ Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience with customers 
  • Experience within Food Industry is desirable;
  • English intermediate is mandatory;
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office ( Excel and Power Point are mandatories )
