Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales & Customer Management Business Expert, who will drive sales and customer management user access and data maintenance within their local organisation as well as train and support end-users in process and tools.
The position can be based anywhere in the Andina region.

Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

What you will do

As a  Sales & Customer Management Business Expert you will:

  • Understand the Business with an end to end view (Carton, Processing and Services)
  • Become the primary contact for the users for Smart Sales and the sales team covering the 3 businesses
  • Play a visible role within the Market Company, interacting at all levels of the company.
  • Interact with Customer Experience program and drive the operational aspects and maintenance within your market together with the Market leader.
  • Super User support for CRM/CPQ, Sales Force general data maintenance
  • Responsible for Master Data: Creation / Extension of a commercial customer / Modification of Relationships & Hierarchy, SAP MDG maintenance
  • Local B2Bi coordination together with the team and responsible of the market implementations 
  • Operational support to Commercial processes like Forecasting, Value Selling, Relationship Management (Deep Analysis, KPI follow up, etc.)
  • CE Packaging Master Data pricing: Create request for lists updates/approve-provide pricing in materials extension requests

We believe you have

  • Bachelor’s degree on Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of the commercial process.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercial related field is mandatory.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Advanced skills in Excel
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • People management abilities are required.
  • Fluent in English and  Spanish native are required
  • Good stakeholder management.
