Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding Packaging Material and Additional Materials, working in close collaboration with our Key Account Managers. You will be responsible for overseeing all Supply Chain Operations related to Packaging Material, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a seamless customer experience.
This position plays a key role in driving excellence in customer service. A strong focus on elevating the customer experience, along with a proactive mindset to improve productivity through automation and process optimization, will be essential.
This role is based in Lima, Peru.
You may be required to travel up to 30% of the time.
What you will do
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Constant communication with assigned customers to identify supply chain opportunities and work on a continuous improvement approach towards process improvement opportunities;
- Ensure timely communication and feedback to customers on all issues affecting / impacting their business from a supply chain perspective;
- Liaise with customers stakeholders to ensure projects and deliveries are carried out in a timely manner;
- Liaise with internal Key Account teams and other internal stakeholders managing feedback regarding supply chain issues;
- Drive Customer experience feedback and results together with customer;
- Responsible for the operational excellence of customer´s ordering, design and shipping process through alignment with back office team;
- Manage S&OP involvement to secure accurate forecasting;
- Leads and participates in continuous improvement teams (World Class Manufacturing);
- Customer inventory management to enhance customer experience for your assigned account/s;
- Proactive participate in Key Account teams to ensure customer projects are successful;
- Manage Master data to secure correct order management in SAP to ensure correct designs are ordered and deliver.
We believe you have
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economy, Publicity or Engineering;
- Intermediate English;
- Strong customer service skills;
- Previous of experience in supply chain, S&OP, or customer-facing operational roles;
- Excellent written and verbal communication;
- Strong analytical thinking;
- Customer focus, objective and productivity oriented;
- Experience in applying continuous improvement tools and methodology (TPM);
- Tools: SAP, Microsoft office Excel, Teams, Power bi.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
