We are seeking a motivated candidate to fill the job position of Logistics Project Coordinator, specializing in managing inbound and outbound logistics operations, following the exemplary standards set by Tetra Pak.


We are currently seeking for a candidate, with a back ground in logistics and supply chain, experienced in management and customer focused mind-, and skillset to become our Logistics Project Coordinator / Coordinateur Logistique Projets (f/h)
Being a member of the global network of Tetra Pak, reporting to the Business Stream PMO  Powder Process & Technology, the fulfiller of the role will be part of the Project Management Office Team. He/She will coordinate all logistics flows by dealing with buyers from supply chain management team and not only with our main logistics provider based in Trignac - France (44) but with other platforms and logistics partners as well to please requesters (Technical Project Leaders, Elec Engineers, Project Managers, Services), working closely with Project Administrators as well. We are searching for a new colleague with strong interest in both supply chain and logistics. 

What you will do

Main responsibilities:
•    Lead planning and scheduling of shipments according to the needs and priorities from OFCE Project & Services department to secure customer deliveries.
•    Ensure overall logistics capability in the Business Stream. Follow up and monitor logistics execution to secure customer satisfaction and internal efficiency at optimized costs.
•    Plan, follow-up and monitor the overall material deliveries (flows in) in relation with supply chain & purchasing department and the overall project shipments (flows out) in relation with Project Management Office & Services, 

 

Detailed Inbound Logistics:
•    Coordinate between suppliers and logistic platform.
•    Monitor deliveries and follow up with suppliers.
•    Forecast delivery schedules and storage capacity.
•    Manage Goods Receipts (GR) and record Bill of Lading (BL).
•    Handle Non-Conformities (NC) / issue resolution.
•    Manage packaging specifications.
•    Supply Chain Management: Manage procurement and track inventory of parts in stock (logistics platform, subcontractors).

 

Detailed Outbound Logistics:
•    Manage direct deliveries to the end customer.
•    Prepare material shipment lists.
•    Plan outbound customer shipments.
•    Estimate pre-packing list volume for early reservation of trucks/containers.
•    Forecast the contents of each shipment.
•    Handle Non-Conformities (NC) / issue resolution.
•    Ensure quality control before shipment for equipment and packing material

We believe you have

•    Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
•    Proven experience in logistics coordination, preferably in a project-based environment.
•    Knowledge of Incoterms, import / export custom clearance.
•    Strong organizational and multitasking skills, ability to work cross-functionally.
•    Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
•    Proficiency in relevant software and tools, relevant IT platforms, including basics MS Office such as excel, sharepoint, teams, OneDrive, 
•    your English skills are excellent, written as well as spoken and preferably you have work proficiency in French (local language).

•    are an excellent communicator.
