Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2025 at our location in Cholet, France. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

You will be based in Cholet, France, but you will work in a global arena.
What you will do
As Commissioning and Installation Engineer your main responsibility is to ensure the realization of the mechanical and electrical assembly of an installation at a customers’ site, its optimal start-up and this in the respect of the deadlines and the budget. In this role you will be travelling up to 90% of your working time.
As our new Future Talent – Commissioning & Installation Engineer you will:
- You will be part of receiving and controlling the equipment delivered on site
- You will be part of organizing the launch of the installation at the customer
- You will be part of supervising the assembly of the equipment at the customer site
- You will be part of carrying out tests, adjustments and training of user personnel.
- You will be part of ensuring that the contractual performance is as stated in the contract
We believe you have
- You have a Masters Degree in Engineering (Graduated 2024-2025)
- It is a merit if you have experience working in mechanical or similar area
- You are fluent in French and English, written and spoken. Additionally having Spanish would be an advantage.
- You have good communications skills, written and spoken
- You are willing to travel up to 90% of your working time
- Previous international studies/experience are considered meritorious
