Title:  Netting&Treasury Settlements Coordinator

Job Summary

As a Netting & Treasury Settlements Coordinator at Tetra Laval, your main objectives are to:

  • Control TLI treasury transactions existence/substance; manage Tetra Laval Group netting administration; execute treasury settlements.
  • Support data driven decision making in TLI and the Industry Groups, based on data analytics tools and initiatives, insightful financial analysis and reporting.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships across TLI functions and with Industry Groups.

What you will do

  • Execute treasury payments.
  • Control and matching of treasury transactions and commodities.
  • Perform daily bank accounts reconciliation and follow-up on open items.
  • Administrate and support Tetra Laval Group netting system.
  • Give support to Group entities as required.
  • Maintain master data on Treasury Management System.
  • Lead / participate to process and system improvement project.
  • Support and coordination with Accounting & Reporting.
  • Collaborate within NTS team and with Treasury Front Office.

 

 

Other Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Participating in cross functional initiatives
  • Interaction with Other TLI and IG Finance teams and processes
  • Interaction with external partners (Banks, External Audit, etc.)

We believe you have

  • Specialised school certificate or university degree in business or finance.
  • 2 to 5 years experience in back office in international companies.
  • Excellent business knowledge and understanding.
  • Capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, prioritize tasks.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office, Power BI – knowledge of Treasury Management System (Quantum) is a plus
  • Strong motivation, team player, curious, and good communicator at all levels (in English).
  • Business language is English, additional languages (French in particular) would be a benefit.
