Job Summary

The Team of Services Account Representatives is the main customer contact for operational Services business matters. This includes facilitating service sales growth ambition through account management, sales opportunity analysis, management of service contracts, service coordination and customer support. Offering quality service with innovative solutions, looking to drive excellence in customer satisfaction. 
In this role, you will support the team of Services Account Representatives in a range of operational and coordination tasks. You will assist in back office activities such as handling orders in SAP. You will also contribute to ongoing team projects by preparing documentation, analyzing data, and ensuring smooth internal workflows. This internship is fully internal-facing, allowing you to build strong operational skills.

 

This position is based in Lahore, Pakistan. This is a temporary position for 4 months. 

What you will do

  • Support the team with analysis and follow up sales opportunities and promote services based on customer information, together with Services KAM and SARs
  • Provide support in analysis and follow-up customer satisfaction results together with Services functions
  • Support preparation of service contract execution and confirm resources for delivery of services and service delivery control
  • Contribute to the department by supporting ongoing inquiries and projects
  • Administrate customer related master data updates and ensures accuracy to drive transactional sales and service business

We believe you have

  • 3rd or Final year student / Graduate in Bachelor of Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering or BBA from a well-reputed university
  • You have a thorough, detail oriented mindset and strong business acumen, enabling you to approach tasks with accuracy.
  • You work effectively within a team environment and contribute positively to shared goals and collaborative efforts.
  • You demonstrate clear and professional verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to convey information confidently and effectively.
  • You bring strong interpersonal and social skills, enabling you to build productive working relationships and interact comfortably with colleagues across functions.
  • You are proactive in your approach to work and bring an open minded personality that supports continuous learning and adaptability.
