Job Summary

  • To ensure productivity and delivery from production equipment is as per given methods following WCM methods and Automation/ PLC/AC drives/Digitalization
  • Maintain the machines as per AM/ PM
  • To ensure productivity and delivery from production equipment is as per given methods following WCM methods and Maintenance/Project parameters

 

What you will do

1. Build daily schedule prioritization based on production needs and maintenance calendar

2. Support pillar in terms of KPIs/Targets achievements

3. Encourage WCM activities (PM/ AM) in their day-to-day teams

4. Support pillar in terms of KAIs (Key Activity Indicator) execution

5. Provide trainings on AM and maintenance routine to production team members

6. Solve technical/ machine related nonroutine problems

We believe you have

  • University Bachelor or equivalent. (Electrical / Electronics )
  • Fresh Graduate Engineers entry level position 
  • Fresh graduate or At least 1 years of experience for Diploma engineers in maintenance/production/quality or WCM. 
  • Good knowledge of English
