Job Summary

This entry‑level position is part of the Business Control Expert track. You will support financial analysis, performance monitoring, and reporting activities under strong functional guidance. The role is designed to help you build a solid foundation in market controlling, financial planning, and data-driven decision support.

This role is based in Lahore, Pakistan.

What you will do

  1. Data Management & Reporting
    •    Collect, extract, and validate financial and operational data from SAP and Business Objects (BO).
    •    Support preparation of regular performance reports and dashboards.
    •    Contribute to the development and enhancement of reporting tools.
  2. Financial Performance Analysis
    •    Analyze actual vs. standard results and prepare variance explanation reports.
    •    Investigate deviations and coordinate with business owners to understand underlying drivers.
    •    Perform reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  3. Closing Activities
    •    Support monthly and quarterly financial closing processes.
    •    Assist in posting, reviewing, and validating controlling-related entries.
  4. Budgeting & Forecasting
    •    Support the preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and outlooks.
    •    Engage with cross-functional teams to gather data inputs for planning cycles.
  5. Stakeholder Collaboration
    •    Liaise with local and regional teams to collect insights and ensure timely reporting.
    •    Build strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders.
  6. Learning & Development
    •    Gain on-the-job experience in financial reporting, controlling systems, and data analytics.
    •    Develop strong functional knowledge to progress within the Business Control discipline.

We believe you have

  • Freshly qualified or part‑qualified CAs or ACCA members with up to 1 year of industry experience, as well as bachelor’s degree graduates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to take responsibility for tasks.
  • Good stakeholder management skills and willingness to invest in relationships.
  • Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
