Future Talent Programme is a Development Program within Tetra Pak. We are offering a permanent position from start in January 2025 at our Lahore Office. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During this program, you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. You will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career! Upon graduation from this program, you will be appointed to your new role within Tetra Pak.

  • You have completed education as a Chartered Accountant (Graduated in 2023-2024)
  • Prior working experience in Accounting or Finance is preferable.
  • You are fluent in English, written and spoken.
  • You have good communications skills, written and spoken.
  • You have a collaborative approach, building relations and networks comes natural to you. You enjoy working in an international environment.
  • You have analytical skills but are also business oriented.
  • You have experience with analysis and reporting tools (Power BI, SAP, Advance Microsoft Excel, RPA).
  • Previous international studies and/or work experience are considered meritorious.

What you will do

You will support Business Controller and Finance Director with business control tasks and assume Finance Business Partner responsibility, including but not limited to following tasks:

 

  • Interpret financial information on costs, prices, expenses and revenues and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Perform variance analysis (Sales, cost, margin) at a detailed level (e.g. Product, Customer etc.) and drive or recommend corrective actions.
  • Support the annual financial planning and forecasting process for the respective functions and monitor deviations.
  • Act as a business partner to the sales and marketing teams, providing accurate and timely financial analysis for key commercial initiatives.
  • Prepare business cases for pricing strategy and investments and follow up benefit realization.
  • Support monthly financial closing and review financial results for own area.
  • Maintain and develop financial models for ad-hoc simulations to support decision making.
  • Ensure compliance with commercial policies, internal controls and reporting framework and secure related approval flows.
