Communications Specialist

Communications Professional in charge of specific tasks and/or projects within the area of Communication function on a market company level or regional comms team.

What you will do

1. Support of development and implementation of MC/ BU internal/external communication agenda

2. Support in developing and controlling functional budgets for the region.

3. Raising of POs, ensuring timely payment for invoices in coordination with SUM & Finance.

4. Management of project budgets in the PIT tool

5. Support in planning and implementation of internal and external communications projects

6. Support in organizing and implementing MC/BU internal and external events

7. Coordination and compilation for various projects for the region for e.g. trademark misuse, information required by the central team.

8. Manage unit’s administrative tasks a including travel planning and management

We believe you have

We believe you have:

  1. Bachelors degree in the domain of marketing or communications
  2. At least 3 years experience in working in international corporations preferably with practical experiences in Marketing or Communications
  3. Highly proficient in spoken and written English
  4.  Very strong and proven expertise in working with Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel and related programs
  5. Experience using SAP is a plus
