Job Summary

Responsible for tactic sourcing and support strategic sourcing to improve projects delivery to final customer. Lead cross boundary communication to improve material availability (cross categories but only direct material). Request For Quotation (RFQ), tactic negotiation, sourcing data maintain.

What you will do

  • Take sourcing activities with full compliance to category strategy.

  • Finish the sourcing ticket in MDG platform within timeline defined by projects.

  • Lead communication/develop relationship with stakeholders to ensure material availability with competitive lead time and total cost.

  • Lead activities within SuM organization to ensure the sourcing list (vendor code, price, lead time, incoterm, etc.) accuracy in TPFEK plant (PZ05) to improve “purchase to payment” efficiency (no PO / invoice block due to wrong data).

  • Support cost/quality improvement projects.

We believe you have

  • 3+ years in sourcing contracting and supplier base management. 

  • University Bachelor or equivalent.

  • Fluent in English speaking and writing.

  • Experience with SAP is preferred.

  • Mechanical engineer background is preferred.
