Job Summary

Support function with data and logistics KPI analysis. Identify and highlight key areas for attention and improvement.

What you will do

•    Ensure deliveries from converting factory to destination domestic customers
•    Synchronize ETDs and ETAs over the supply chain to ensure the correct delivery date to customer
•    Resolve issues that might arise with Logistics service providers (shipping line, Port, transporter etc.) and customers
•    Ensure correct and timely reporting of KPIs for all metrics concerning on time in full delivery and the logistics outbound cost.
•    Support Customer Service and KAMs’ with logistics related aspects.
•    Proactively identify improvement opportunities and drive logistics activities for lowest possible total logistics cost and improved service level.
•    Manage logistics suppliers / contracts (e.g., with transportation companies, forwarding agents, warehouses) in collaboration with Supplier Management 

We believe you have

  • Fluent English (both written and oral) is a must
  • Experience in Logistics or Supply Chain for at least 3 years
  • Experienced in relevant IT platforms (SAP/ power point/ power BI/ excel) is preferred
