Job Summary

Independently perform material and/or production planning activities to support the manager in achieving agreed-upon deadlines, optimizing production output, and fulfilling forecasted production volumes and consumption requirements for the factory and/or resale operations. Serve as a technical point of contact for other departments and new employees.

What you will do

  • Facilitate cross-functional communication in response to special customer requests, production changes, or shifts in material status.  
  • Calculate material requirements, analyze inventory levels, and coordinate production planning to mitigate supply shortage risks.  
  • Schedule production orders based on factory capacity, project timelines, operational constraints, block sequence priorities, requested ETDs, and production lead times.  
  • Maintain and ensure the accuracy of master data in SAP.  
  • Regularly review and optimize safety stock levels based on demand variability and supply performance.  
  • Support KPI tracking, reporting, and implementation of corrective actions.  
  • Actively contribute to relevant continuous improvement projects and WCM pillars.

We believe you have

  • 3–5 years of operational experience in material planning, production control, or a related field.  
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly adapt and learn in a dynamic environment.  
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.  
  • A collaborative mindset with a willingness to support team members and foster positive working relationships.
