Job Summary

Manages the relevant accounting processes (RTR/PTP/OTC/local) for multiple entities to meet internal and external reporting needs, in accordance with Group business control framework, global processes and requirements. Responsible to apply the group standards in consideration of local/statutory reporting requirements. In finance hubs: PtP/ OtC/ RtR leads with >=10 direct reports or covering more than one area (PtP/ OtC/ RtR) or servicing entities with complex environment (eg broad mix of operating unites, legal environment, significant number of countries, multiple languages). Local accounting managers with >=5 FTEs

What you will do

  • Responsible for the smooth performance of the relevant PTP/PTO process
  • Identify and implement levels 5/6 process changes: implement global process changes
  • Streamlining and harmonizing the HUB processes
  • Building an efficient and professional HUB process team, drive continuous improvement of activities in scope, leveraging on Problem Solving Methodology (PSM), sharing and adoption of best practices
  • Drive the relevant process/KPI/Mertics making sure on time delivery and achieve target
  • Participating in cross functional projects
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes in consideration of local/statutory requirements
  • Handle escalation
  • Support Finance Hub Process Driver / SuM Process Excellence Manager in ensuring Business Expert community forum is complete, competent and operating effectively
  • Provide Audit support for the local market for local, statutory and internal audits in coordination with FD

We believe you have

  • 7 years in accounting, 3 years in people management
  • Familiar with MS offices and Power BI
  • Fluency in English spoken and written is a must
  • MBA, CPA,CMA, ACCA is preferred
  • Fluency in English speaking and writing 
  • Ability to drive initiatives independently
  • Good team worker
