Job Summary

To carry out the effective maintenance of the equipment management, make sure the production run smoothly. Concentrates on short-term individual and team goals.

What you will do

1. Work closely with his colleagues and engineers to perform assigned tasks 与同事及 工程师密切协作，完成交付的各项任务

2. Daily inspection and recording of daily activities in log and take initial data analysation 对机器的运行状况和相关活动进行日常记录和分析总结

3. Breakdown maintenance and make sure the product quality standards and safety requirements are met after recover 对设备故障进行维修并确保维修后满足产品质量和 安全要求

4. Participate in the PM and improvement actions on equipment 对设备进行日常保养维 护和改进

5. Assist in new equipment installation and trial run 协助进行设备安装和试车

6. Manage the spare parts Required to make and update sketches, drawings and to provide as much of the necessary information on spare parts 提供必要的备品备件管 理信息，保证设备维护工作顺利进行

7. To cooperate with the external supplier following the instructions from line manager 按照上级经理或主管的要求与外部供应商协同工作

8. Good 5S and safety regulars’ compliance 维护工作场所的 5S，遵守公司的各项安全 规定

9. Participate in multi-skilling training initiatives and apply new competencies in frontline production as needed to ensure customer requirements are met 参与公司的多技能培 训项目，并在需要时运用新掌握的技能参与一线生产，以确保满足客户需求

10. Able to work shifts 能够进行倒班工作 

We believe you have

1.5 years working experience of maintenance 5年以上设备机械相关工作经验 

2.Hydraulic system & pneumatic system knowledge. 了解液压系统和气压系统的基础知识

3.Can skilfully operate all kinds of manual and electrical tools 能够熟练使用各种手动、电动及其他工具

4.Strong independent working ability and trouble shooting skills 独立的工作能力和较强的故障排除能力

5.Read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings 能够阅读和理解机械图和电气原理图

6.Can operate machining equipment, e.g. lathe and milling machine 能够熟练操作车床、铣床等机加工设备

7.Low voltage electrician certified 持有低压电工证

8.English skill is a plus, TPM improvement experience is a plus 具备英语能力者优先，具有TPM改善经验优先
