Job Summary

Our Future Talent Programme is a 1.5-year programme that will develop your leadership skills and bring you broad business knowledge in a truly international environment. Every year, new graduates around the globe start their careers at Tetra Pak and have the chance to make a difference and influence our company’s development. Your development is just as important to us, and the program is designed to challenge and grow your skills, both personally and professionally. 

From day one, you’ll be delivering results as part of the team and hold an actual position. Your manager will plan the content of your programme and support you in your development journey. You will work in various parts of Tetra Pak and gain experience from a network of Colleagues all over the world. And that is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career. After the programme finishes you will have gained valuable experience to help you continue your exciting career within our company.

Industrial Engineer Work Location: Kunshan
 

What you will do

  • Participate in PSE PC KS daily operation.

  • Quick response to the production issues related to Safety, Quality, Delivery and Efficiency.

  • Cooperation with the suppliers to ensure the efficient and on time equipment maintenance.

  • Continuous improvement and optimization on manufacturing processes.

  • Participate in the whole process of introducing new products, new equipment and new technology.

  • Participate in WCM plant wide activities and resolve production technical issues.

We believe you have

  • Majored in IE, Mechatronics, Mechanics, Electrical or other engineering majors.

  • Good English verbal and written communication skills, and be familiar with common computer office software.

  • Be proactive, willing to work on technology. strong ability and willingness to analyze and solve problems.

  • Results oriented, with a constant drive to self-drive.

  • Strong communication skills, willing to find the best solutions through teamwork.

  • Familiar with common 2D and 3D design software like AutoCAD, Inventor, and Creo is a plus.
