Job Summary
We are looking for an Expert who will have Automation responsibility in Automation &Commissioning team to deliver Automation design specification and solution. Provide support in Automation design area to other areas like sales, Issue resolution, PLC and PC.
Key outputs and measurements: Make Technical solution in line with Tetra Pak Strategy, standards, guidelines, tools and methods for Automation design. Make programming and specifications in time, with correct quality and at specified cost.
Key relationships: Internal (Order team, Sales support team, Production centers and Operation engineering team) and external (Direct contact with Platform team, TP market company and Service team).
What you will do
- Deliver Automation design specification and programs for both Branded Processing Unit (BPUs) and upgrade orders.
- Perform internal machine testing and fulfill the non-defect quality target.
- Perform machine troubleshooting or commissioning support remotely or at customer site.
- Provide support in Automation design area to other area like platform, sales, Issue resolution, Product life cycle (PLC).
- Communicate with order team on status and changes in orders.
- Follow the plan and project milestones on time and in full according to budget.
- Follow the use of re-useable solutions, std component list and processes to secure productivity.
- Manage scope changes.
- Participate in lessons learned and providing input to improvement or development of processes, templates and tools.
We believe you have
- Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical, automation or software engineering.
- New as Engineer depending on background education. Demonstrate technical skills
- Demonstrate understanding of programming ability to develop knowledge of necessary standards, guidelines, tools and methods for Automation design
- Good skill in multiple PLC platforms such as Rockwell Studio5000, Siemens TIA Portal
- Good skill in multiple HMI platforms such as Wonderware InTouch Modern App/System Platform, Beijer E-designer)
- Familiar with SQL and an understanding of basic database concepts is a plus
- Basic process engineering knowledge (able to interpret P&ID’s)
- Excellent problem-solving capability
- Experience in commissioning automation solutions and working in a factory environment
- Experience in software simulation / Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
- Willingness to continuously learn and take on new challenges
