Job Summary

Provide accurate information for financial reporting and have good understanding of processes within own area of responsibility. Works independently within established procedures and practices.

What you will do

  • Perform daily activities and closing tasks in accordance with accounting principles and standards (IFRS) 
  • Fixed Assets Management: Create (build or buy)/ transfer asset; Process asset retirement; Close asset period; Prepare investment spending BOFC Report; Lead and support Fixed Assets Cycle count
  • Ensure the timely and accurate recording of monthly accruals, amortization, and payroll-related entries, follow up open item clearing
  • Coordinate with outsourcers to follow bank account reconciliations daily
  • Participate in interim/annual audit task
  • Lead or support on continuous improvement, PSM or process re-design
  • Other ad hoc tasks

We believe you have

  • Bachelor’s degree or above preferably in accounting or finance
  • Minimum 2 years’ working experience in MNC, preferably 2 years as GL Accountant
  • Fluent in English both in writing and speaking
  • Strong sense of responsibility, proactive and dedicated in problem solving, be able to work hard under pressure
  • Good skills in SAP; Power BI, Machine Learning (KNIME) skills are preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict management skills
