Job Summary
Provide accurate information for financial reporting. works within established procedures and pratices with a limited degree of supervision
What you will do
- Primary interface with the outsourcers to solve outstanding invoices
- Using Web Inbox to code vendor invoices without Purchase Order or no approved certification
- Coordinate with PR requestor, PO Creator and Purchasing Controller to follow up block invoice
- Handle manual payment, including invoice check/arrange payment/update workflow
- Coordinate with outsourcers to process FX payment and Non-Trade payment
- Coordinate with outsourcers to follow intercompany balance confirmation monthly
- Prepare monthly breakdown for responsible balance sheet accounts
- Support RTR team on Monthly Cash Forecast Analyst
- Support Hub Process Driver to drive continuing improvement on process of PTP
- Delivery automation tool and RPA idea, join or lead PSM project
- Support other site activities
We believe you have
- Bachelor degree in accounting or finance
- 2+ year working experience in MNC, preferably 1 year as Invoice processor
- Good skills in SAP, strong skills in PowerBI, Python and KNIME coding skills is preferred
- Strong sense of responsibility, being proactive and thinking logically
- Good at communication, interpersonal and conflict management skills
- Good peer relationship and problem-solving skills, clear policy/process explanation to colleagues
- Committed and being able to work hard under pressure
- Being patient and with good team-work spirit
- Fluent in English both in writing and speaking
