Treasury Manager

 

Tetra Pak is looking for an expert for cluster or very complex market area in Cash Management, Financing and Banking who will join us as Treasury Manager. You will be based in Kuala Lumpur and report to Finance Director

What you will do

 

As a Treasury Manager, you will:

 

  • Manage the cash in an effective manner through planning, sourcing and deployment.

  • Manage the treasury, banking and related payment transaction for the Company.

  • Prepare monthly cash flow forecast reports & analysis to validate key assumptions & flag significant deviations.

  • Forex management by limiting the impact of volatile currencies on the business result. Liaise with

  • Group Treasury and Business Controller to deploy forex strategies in the market.

  • Implement the Group Treasury guidelines in markets and resolve areas of dissonance with statutory policies.

  • Relationship management with banks. Ensure our banking operations are smooth and have a seamless interface with business operations.

  • Reporting the performance of treasury operations – cash forecast, cost of borrowing, funds utilization, hedge reporting.

  • Collaborating with Accounting Manager to look into opportunities for process improvement (eg. PTP process).

  • Liaising with local broker and group insurance team to ensure appropriate coverage of Corporate Insurance.

We believe you have

 

  • Possess a minimum of Bachelor Degree in Accounting /Finance.

  • Minimum 5years of relevant experience, preferably in a MNC.

  • Independent with strong drive for result. 

  • Strong interpersonal skill.

  • Experience in SAP will be an added advantage
