System Performance Specialist
Tetra Pak is looking for a expert who will in charge of speaking partner for System Performance activities in the region.
What you will do
As System Performance Specialist, you will:
- Accountable for market’s line performance.
- Drive performance improvement projects and perform investigations on nonperformance site.
- Support KA teams in identify business opportunity analysis, develop and deploy performance improvement strategies.
- Drive connectivity improvement and maintain the infrastructure.
- Drive technical discussion and implementation of Automation & Digital products.
- Systematically analyse and troubleshoot technical escalated issues.
- Drive Quality Culture and support digitalization transformation.
We believe you have
- Degree in Mechanical/ Automation/ electrical Engineering/ IT.
- 10-year related working experience, manufacturing & automation experience are added advantages.
- Have knowledge in WCM/TPM & Six Sigma is a plus.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- You are a team player with strong informal leadership skills, comfortable with working in different geographical and business environments, and with a coaching style that motivates and encourages colleagues.
- As well as extensive work experience within the technical area, preferably within food industry and experience in leading projects.
- This position requires a high level of understanding of Tetra Pak business processes and customer business models and profitability drivers. A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
- Able to travel 20-40% of the working time.
