SIte Manager
We are looking for a Site Manager who will be responsible for all activities on site according to defined project scope with projects type L1-L2 (processing project applicant level) and/or L2-L3-NPI (packaging project applicant level) customer commercial projects. You will also not only plan and analyze project time schedule to manage internal and subcontracted companies/consultants but also drive Health and Safety activities at site.
The successor will be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
What you will do
As a Site Manager, you will:
- Overall Responsible for site activities.
- Plan and analyse project time schedule
- To manage internal and subcontracted companies/consultants
- Secure that all activities are completed within defined project scope following Installation to Performance process
- Adopt to local work regulations to supervise internal, subcontracted companies/consultants
- Quality assurance
- Risk identification and follow up on site
- OHS responsible for all site activities covered by the scope of project
- Identification and input to Variation Orders and outstanding issues
- Resources and budget
Who you are
We believe you have:
- 5 to 10 years of experience professional experience with Machinery, Food background
- Strong in leadership and human resource handling
- Good communicator with a proven competence to clearly express, convey/discuss and document written minutes to customer, sub-suppliers, and project team
- Good overall technical knowledge in the required competence areas
- Shown competence in planning, organising and co-ordinating site activities
