FUTURE TALENT PROGRAM

 

This is a 24-month structured trainee program designed to accelerate your development into a Services Sales Specialist. From day one, you’ll take on real responsibilities while building your expertise through:

 

  • Cross-functional rotations and hands-on projects
  • A personalized development plan tailored to your career path
  • Exposure to global teams and assignments

 

By the end of the program, you’ll have built strong business acumen, valuable industry connections, and the confidence to drive commercial impact.

What you will do

 

  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions
  • Engage customers and build long-term relationships in the Food & Beverage industry
  • Support deployment of service portfolios aligned to market needs
  • Contribute to both revenue growth and customer success
  • Gain insights into market trends and identify growth opportunities

We believe you have

 

  • A degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Automation, Food Technology, or a related field
  • Fresh graduate with less than 1 year of working experience (excluding internship)
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders
  • A proactive, “can-do” mindset with curiosity to learn
  • Interest in business development and customer-facing roles
  • Passion for sustainability and innovation
  • Willingness to travel and support customers throughout Malaysia
