Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for leading and managing Installation projects at our customers in MC East Europe (market Ukraine) with short and midterm focus on Packaging Projects. The Project Manager will take full accountability for the project result following the Installation to Performance process. Flexibility, mindset and background should fit long term also to execute Processing projects.

You must be based in Kiev, Ukraine. Traveling required approximately 50% of your working time.
 

What you will do

 

  • Scoping, planning, controlling and executing the project including all relevant elements, following Tetra Pak Project Governance Structure and Installation to Performance (ItP) process and documentation 
  • Identifying, planning, monitoring and controlling project risks and opportunities that may impact the project KPI´s like time, budget, quality, overall project plan or delivery of results 
  • Managing internal and external resources to deliver installations to customer satisfaction
  • Planning, managing, monitoring all relevant Tetra Pak OHS site activities, acting as role model for OHS
  • Supporting competence and capability across the project team (coaching, mentoring, etc.)
  • Providing regular Project reporting to key stakeholders including: tracking of time, cost and quality
  • Supporting the evaluation of external suppliers to deliver services at best cost and quality in alignment with relevant PS&E Functions
  • Managing and leading local participation and execution of Installation Excellence strategic initiatives

We believe you have

  • College or university diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Automation or Food Technology Environment
  • 3-8 years of work experience in food industry with Packaging and, ideally, also Processing Equipment for beverages/dairy products
  • Project Management Certification (like PMP or PgMP/PMI or level B or A IPMA is an advantage for the role 
  • Fluency in English is a must in addition to local language. 
  • Experience in managing installation projects or executing installations on site 
  • Experience with Tetra Pak filling and processing equipment is an advantage 
  • Customer management, technical and commercial negotiations skills 
  • Good level of analytical problem-solving methodology, good understanding of service business and customers’ needs
  • Excellent communication skills, self-driven, decisive, highly motivated, independent personality
