Job Summary

We are looking for a CSO Trainee with a knowledge of food processing, to work directly with our team of service technicians, engineers, and customers. In this role you will perform Maintenance and participate in the installation and commissioning of Processing equipment. 

What you will do

  • Perform preventive maintenance to ensure minimal downtime, maximum production efficiencies, and efficient operation of customer equipment.

  • Participate in installation events as needed.

  • Participate in the preparation of the client's site for installation and commissioning of food processing and packaging equipment following high quality standards.

  • Execute preventive maintenance activities in line with Tetra Pak's global standard procedures and reinstall equipment in the production environment according to defined expectations.

  • Carry out failure analysis in a structured manner for root cause detection and define action plans to implement permanent solutions.

  • Execute timely reports of all technical problems discovered in accordance with the company's Quality processes.

  • Inform about any business opportunity discovered in the client through the relevant channels.

  • Act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak at all times, ensuring and promoting good working relationships with the customer and ensuring that Tetra Pak's reputation is upheld

We believe you have

  • Degree in Mechanical engineering / Electricity / Dairy Tech / Mechatronics / and related fields.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the food industry including equipment installation and mechanical maintenance.

  • Knowledge of food processing equipment.

  • Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC).

  • Knowledge of intermediate/advanced English.

  • Commitment to quality and safety.

  • Mechanical, electrical and automation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain good relationships with our clients and co-workers.

  • Availability to travel 90% of the time.
