Production Technician

To produce as per given methods following WCM methods and Quality parametersMaintain the machines as per AM

Member of shift team operating various types of machines. Perform inspection and machine operation, such as machine set up, adjustment, cleaning, monitoring, handling materials according to standard operating procedures. Responsible for the packaging material quality, efficiency, safety and wastes. Maintain good housekeeping within the process operation. Basic maintaining of machine and accessories through basic Automomous Maintenance/ Preventive Maintenance. Participate in improvement teams/ intiatives. 

Production process knowledge of 1 to 2 year as Operator with High School/ Technical Education. Experience in improvement project/ teams, standard Automomous Maintenance (AM) steps. Experience as AM team member.
