About Future Talent Programme

Future Talent Program is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in July 2023. You will onboard an individual designed development program for 24 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person.
As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!
From day one you will be delivering results as a true team member following a development plan that is specifically designed for you and your position. The plan includes a combination of project-rotations, international assignments, work within your own department as well as formal training and mentorship from a network of colleagues all over the world. The program will give you broad insight into our company, our culture and our values. In this dynamic position, you will have the chance develop competences/skills to become Sales Management professional. Is able to perform relatively simple tasks in Sales Management function with limited supervision. The tasks may include occasional communication with stakeholders
The program starts on July 01 2023.
The position is based in Singapore, Full time- Permanent role.
 

What you will do

As our Future Talent Program –Automation Digital Sales Associate you will learn about:

• Support on Digital Solutions Lifecycle

• Prepare sales strategy including analysing sales opportunities using internal data sources to support the Automation & Solution Team.

• Promote, follow up and analyse on sales opportunities based on customer information.

• Have regular communication with customers in order to strengthen the relationship, better understand their strategies and needs, identify opportunities and develop proposals for solutions which fullfill their needs.

• Work closely with Engineering department to support the project implementation successfully

• Support on Automation & Digital opportunities (quotation and pre project)  

• Understand customer needs and be part of A&D assessments

• Cooperate with different areas (commercial, portfolio, delivery)

• Recently graduate in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automation,Mechatronics,).

• Passionate about automation and digitalization 

• Adventurous and fast learner and should be able to come out with analysis on every situation.

• Team player and understand the meaning of TEAM

• Love to cross the boundaries and think out of the box

• Believe in team work and like to take the responsibilities

• English (mandatory), any additional language skill will be added advantage.
