Job Summary

We are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join the team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

The purpose of the position is to support Import and Export specialists in providing administrative tasks within SC function in factories.

What you will do

  • Conduct performance evaluations and issue improvement opportunities for forklift drivers.
  • Develop and implement operational masterplans for Ramadan and Hajj periods.
  • Monitor logistics area safety and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
  • Track and control logistics expenses and overtime hours.
  • Manage and coordinate forklift fleet leasing, and scrapping processes.
  • Ensure perfect delivery and loading compliance with standards.
  • Lead and verify periodic stock counts for accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain manpower headcount to meet operational needs.
  • Manage and lead daily management system meetings
  • Lead, monitor and report on AM performance metrics.
  • Handle Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) for operational needs.
  • Update and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the cell.

We believe you have

  • 02-05 years of experience in logistics or supply chain functions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or Supply chain management.
  • Knowledge with WMS systems
  • English fluency in written and verbal
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and commitment to safety and quality.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Power BI, MS Teams).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
