Job Summary
This role in PS&E Automation & Solutions is to support Life Cycle Services within our AME region.
A&D Life Cycle Support Team Leader role is collaborating closely with Market Operations, Automation & Digital teams, and global stakeholders.
The role combines technical leadership, team coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen the execution and capability in line with business priorities. Few main areas to mention are maintain customer site connectivity, support market customer for Performance Assessments (Ex: PLMS), support A&D solution in early‑phase costing, solution design, and scope definitions.
The position is permanent and will be in either location based in KSA and SAM (Pune). The role requires some travelling ~ 10 to 15% (Domestic and International).
What you will do
As a Team Leader you will:
- Manage remotely a team of specialists around AME region.
- Responsible to maintain customer connectivity & upkeep the customer connectivity infrastructure according to strategic direction and compliances.
- Expert consulting to market user based on performance data in identifying opportunities or addressing technical challenges (Ex: PLMS).
- Lead Issue Resolution for A&D scopes at L2 across AME ensuring maintaining KPI’s.
- Support Business Development team in designing Packaging A&D solution Package, costing and delivery scopes.
- Ability to translate customer needs into practical automation and production solutions.
- Execute planning, coordination and execution discipline within the team.
- Focussed to build team capability to meet market demand by providing technical guidance, coaching, knowledge sharing and competence development plans.
- Contribute to culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Dynamic to meet business strategic needs & cascade down to actionable plan and competency readiness.
- Create culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning
- Cross-functional stakeholder management with Services, Sales and Project teams.
We believe you have
A strong practical knowledge and deep understanding of automation engineering principles.
Demonstrated expertise in engineering, commissioning, and servicing automation systems.
Proven track record in troubleshooting complex issues, overseeing large-scale automation solutions, and providing technical guidance and assistance to colleagues and associates.
Instrumental contribution to the strategic direction and initiatives of the organization.
10+ years of experience to develop expertise and knowledge fulfil the responsibilities of the role
