Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Programme within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position at our site in Jeddah- Saudi Arabia. You will onboard in an individual designed development program for 18 months, connected to specific projects and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person.

What you will do
- Secure overall reliability of equipment of respective process through planning, and scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Provide technical leadership to engineers and technicians for machine troubleshooting, root cause analysis and effective countermeasure definition.
- Drive innovation to improve energy consumption and better machine ergonomics for operators’ safety.
- As EM pillar member, participate and lead local & Region projects and follow up on investment budgets.
- As PM pillar member, participate and lead local & Region Improvement teams (Kaizen, PMO, RCM).
- Collaborate to propose and implement factory investment according to Region and Central plans.
- Develop the technical knowledge and capabilities of the employees within the organization.
- Manage a part of the technical purchases as users with technical professional input.
- Coordinate development of technical capabilities in coordination with Process and Technical network representatives.
- Secure overall reliability of equipment of respective process through planning, and scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Develop the technical knowledge and capabilities of the employees within the organization.
We believe you have
- Bachelors degree in engineering (graduated in 2025 or 2026)
- You are a Fresh graduate or have one year relevant experience.
- Continuous improvement & Project Management knowledge will be valued.
- Able to handle responsibility and the pressure to meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and presentation skills.
- Good communication skills, ability to make firm decisions.
- High cooperation skills, with a solid customer focus, both internally and externally
- Commitment, creativity, assertiveness.
- Flexibility, openness for changes.
- Good conflict management skill.
- Understanding of Microcomputer Interfacing and designing.
- Knowledge of electronics circuits and systems.
- Proficient in digital and analog communication.
- Fully updated about the modern day control engineering.
- Ability to apply Computer vision knowledge in practical applications
