Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer WCM Delivery Consultant who will lead and deliver World Class Manufacturing (WCM) related activities to support our customers’ operational improvement goals. The role will also involve supporting Advanced Agreements management and contributing to sales efforts by identifying opportunities and delivering value-added solutions. This is a permanent role based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
What you will do
As A WCM Consultant in Tetra Pak, you will:
- Deliver WCM-related projects and activities as standalone or as part of Tetra Pak Advanced Agreements that drive measurable operational and financial improvements for customers.
- Support customers in implementing WCM methodologies aligned with their improvement objectives.
- Manage and lead delivery of solutions within agreed timelines, quality standards and budget.
- Support Advanced Agreements management and collaborate with market key account teams teams to identify and secure opportunities.
- Provide training and coaching to customer management teams on WCM principles and practices.
- Conduct opportunity analysis and quantify potential value for customers.
- Contribute to the development of new WCM service offerings and methodologies.
We believe you have
- 10 years of experience in WCM, Continuous Improvement (CI), or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities, either within your own organization or as a consultant for other organizations. Candidates with less experience but confident in their ability to deliver are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with the 8 pillars of JiPM TPM methodology.
- Proven experience as a pillar leader; ideally, you have served as a WCM or TPM Manager.
- A track record of successfully raising operational performance for your organization or customers.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
- Experience in production management or similar roles within FMCG or manufacturing environments.
- Ability to lead multicultural teams without formal authority and develop people to achieve results.
- Highly independent, proactive, and resourceful, with the ability to manage oneself effectively, take initiative, and deliver results without close supervision.
- High level of travel required (75%–80%) due to the nature of the role.
