1. Drive implementation of operational activities as defined in Key Account (KA) plan

2.  Deploy the service portfolio to its Account

3.  Participate in KAM teams (processing)

4.  Provide inputs for KA business plan

5.  Provide inputs for targets settings

6.  Share Accountability for Customer Satisfaction results

7.  Secure fast issue resolution and appropriate communication

8.  Coordinate continuous improvement activities related to operational performance


  • Minimum University Bachelors Degree or equivalent
  • Knowledge:  Lead a team through application of deep knowledge of one job area or broad knowledge of several job areas
  • Customer relationship mgt Sales Experience Technology industry 3+ years exp
