Services Account Manager

 

We are looking for Services Account Manager, who will be the main interface for regular customer accounts on the service business and all technical matters incl. quality, applies value selling to grow the service business in profitable way based on deep knowledge of customer operations and needs. In this role you will be an individual contributor who will manage one or more account, deploy company strategy aligned with customer strategy, drive Customer Satisfaction and Partnership improvements according to global process, line and plant performance improvement and reduce overall customer system cost, profitable growth, Value Selling implementation, sales forecast accuracy.

You will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia and report to the Services Sales Manager Indonesia.

What you will do

 

 

As our new Services Account Manager, you will

 

  • Brick wall existing install base and customers
  • Development of strategic and tactical plans to generate maximum revenue from our install base
  • Leading the sales activity to capture service and parts revenue from new project installations throughout Australia
  • Responsible for the financial performance and return from maintenance and parts business area’s
  • Generating new sales portfolio and growth of all parts of Services Business 
  • Achieve agreed sales volume and margin targets set out each year
  • Monitor monthly sales and margins
  • Map and develop Services Indonesia sales team competencies
  • Work in co-operation with the Services Sales Manager to deploy initiatives from business plan.
  • Work in co-operation with the Services Manager to ensure seamless transfer from sales to implementation of all service quotations and Tetra Pak Plant Care agreements
  • Implementation of Hunting Report and management of OMT (Opportunity Mgmt Tools)
  • Ownership of monthly Sales meeting

Who you are

 

We believe you have;

 

  • Engineering or food-related degree or Business related qualification
  • 3-5 years in sales management experience preferably in the liquid food industry and dairy.
  • Strong sales ability with a proven track record;
  • Highly customer service orientated whilst achieving own objectives
  • Ability to project confidence, speak with authority, and take control of situations where applicable
  • Highly motivated and results-driven attitude.
  • Open mind receptive to new ideas and willing to initiate change;
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Knowledge of contracts and commercially astute
  • Computer literate in Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint and project
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia
