Key Account Manager

 

We are looking for the professional Key Account Manager to drive sales of our full portfolio – Packaging Material, Capital Equipment, Additional Material and Services. You will develop and drive execution of strategic and operational market company plan aligned to Tetra Pak and customer business objectives
In this role, you will lead one or more than one account with strong customer relationship to achieve sustainable growth by identifying and capturing short, medium and long term business opportunities. This role is an individual contributor, You will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia and report to the Key Account Director.

What you will do

 

 

As our Key Account Manager, you will

 

  • Together with the customer, drive the development and execution of Account plan. Agree on shared objectives and targets with the customer.
  • Identify customer needs and drive opportunities in line with Tetra Pak global business strategy, category, portfolio, processing and service plans
  • Together with Key Account Team and customer, drive the development and execution of Key Account Plan. Agree on shared objectives and targets with the customer.
  • Ensure team is driving Tetra Pak’s value proposition for the customer. Balance strategic and operational objectives. Agree on budgets and secure resources from tetra Pak and customer
  • Drive mutual sustainable growth
  • Drive up to date knowledge of Tetra Pak’s portfolio within the KA team
  • Drive improved understanding of the customers overall business (marketplace, channel, retailer, consumer, competitive environment, strategy, productivity, profitability and the across value chain)
  • Drive Customer Satisfaction and Partnership improvements according to global process. Ensure that Customer Services actions are included in the Key Account Plan actions section.
  • Forcefully drive resolution of customer issues, including Cross Boundary Issues
  • Define, review and drive activities to increase line and plant performance and reduce overall customer system cost
  • Ensure that where relevant, retail and processing is involved and actions are aligned
  • Support Services Account Team and other service products roles in driving the sales of service products
  • Secure accurate Sales Forecasting for assigned Account. Ensure that Account receivable expectations are met for Account

Who you are

 

We believe you have;

 

  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in B2B Sales & Marketing
  • Experience in FMCG / FMCG Allied industries like – Flavors, Fragrances, Food Ingredients, Packaging will be preferred
  • Sound techno-commercial acumen along with ability to decision making ability
  • Knowledge of FMCG and Packaging industry & trends
  • Exposure / Knowledge on functioning of Retailing / Consumer Product selling
  • Experience of dealing with Higher Level executives of Customer (Marketing Head / CEO, etc)
  • Strong analytical with proficient in  using of MS Excel
  • Good interpersonal skill and Team player
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
