Finance Analyst

Job Summary

Provide financial reporting and analysis to support the Capital Equipment Market Controller and Credit Controller in assessing the performance of Tetra Pak's Capital Equipment Business. Assist the Market Controller in driving business operations and ensuring policy compliance. Collaborate with the Credit Controller on accounts receivable analysis and collection status to identify areas for continuous improvement. Operate autonomously within established procedures, offering subject matter expertise to team members and stakeholders.

What you will do

As a Finance Analyst in Tetra Pak, you will:

• Take part in monthly closing activities (journal posting, bank clearing reconciliation) to ensure accurate financial reporting numbers. 
• Prepare timely and standardised monthly / quarterly business performance reports, input to the planning process.
• Perform monthly monitoring and follow up on project invoicing, follow up consolidated receivables including aging and due to customer together with Credit Controller.
• Support in annual financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting process for the respective function.
• Perform variance analysis (Sales, cost, margin) at a detailed level (eg. Projects / Customer) and drive recommend corrective actions.
• Support Internal/External Audit, liase with finance hubs as required.

We believe you have

• Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from reputable university.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Finance Analyst positions.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Fluency in English spoken and written.
• Soft Skill Required: Self-driven, proactive, analytical thinking with attention to details, good interpersonal skill, able to work as team, persistence and do not give up easily.
