  1. Lead specific operational or customer management activities / projects with the customer andnbsp:(mostly with key accounts or strategic accounts)
  2. Support KAD/KAM in forecasting: liase with CSR and customer on demand projections, validate the customer forecast, compile necessary information regarding new launches, discontinuation of certain SKUandrsquo:s, etc
  3. Support KAD/KAM in Value Selling: collect from customer and external sources data required for building value argumentation: support the value selling case build-up, preparation of sales contract: follow-up implementation with relevant stakeholders
  4. Support KAD/KAM in Relationship Management: analyse relevant internal and external data required for KA planning: set-up KA Team meetings, follow-up on RCS and EDCS process andamp: results and action planning
  5. Support KAD/KAM in Credit Management andamp: Collection: follow-up receivable reports, flag issues and follow-up on actions


  • Graduation and post graduation on Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or Engineering
  • Language skills –English intermediate level
  • Minimum total 2 years of experience in sales. 
  • Good in analytical skills
  • Process orientation based
  • Have basic financial skills
