Production Process Associate

Within the scope of “Obligation to Employ Disabled Personnel” in accordance with Article 30 of the Labor Law No.4857 we are looking for a Production Process Associate with the responsibility to manage a shift with combined production processes while ensuring shift KPIs are met; and coordinate all production processes with the Quality and Maintenance functions as well as the team for day to day problem solving.

This role will have responsibilities under the Supply Chain Operations function in the Izmir factory.

The candidate who will be selected should be able to prove the degree (at least 40%) of the disability with a medical report from the relevant authorized health institution as referenced by the quota system stipulated in Article 30 of the Labor Law No. 4857.

 

What will you do

As a Production Process Associate, you will :

  1. Follow-up shifts’ performance targets
  2. Promote Autonomous Maintenance and coordinate skill gap and development activities for the team
  3. Record the production data coming through shifts
  4. Support WCM activities and relative improvement project
  5. Record the attendance of production operations staff
  6. Control raw material usage and ensure Bill of Materials accuracy
  7. In charge of the production adjustment and operational skill training
  8. Control the operation of Manufacturing Execution System (P2&SAP) and make necessary interventions

Who you are

We believe you have :

  • At least 2-3 years operation experience in production area.
  • Experiences in Production Operations and TPM/WCM methods and tool. Some experience in coaching and guiding the colleagues. Experience in Maintenance/ Quality/ WCM is considered an advantage.
  • Associate Degree or High School Technical Education
  • Analiytical thinking with keen eyes on details.
