Job Summary
Responsible for the delivery of HR Factory Services for an organization based in Izmir factory
What you will do
For HR Factory Representative
1.Drive labour relations in cooperation with the Head of HR Country Service and acts as the main contact with local union management and union representatives to manage labour relations issues, agreements, all grievances and demands. Being part of negotiation committee and negotiate agreement items in cooperation with factory requirements, conditions and global and rewards process.
2. Secure compliance with local legal regulations and regulatory requirements on HR processes in alignment with global processes where possible.
3. Manages internal /external audits and labour suits in Izmir factory, including interacting with internal and external counsels and representing Tetra Pak in court when required. Acts as the main contact with local government authorities for Izmir factory.
4. Governs policies and procedures within area of responsibility in collaboration with the Head of HR Country Service.
5. Apply of local rewards strategy, policies and guidelines in the factory, working closely with the Head of HR Country Service. Drive local specific rewards projects in cooperation with HR Service Centre.
6. Conducting investigations into employee misconduct or violations of company policies. Facilitates company-initiated termination process, disciplinary actions and secures legal compliance and governance. Facilitates conflict management between managers and employees and recommends corrective actions.
7. Manage blue collar employees recruitment process and guarantee the resourcing process legal compliance.
8. Supports Factory Director in driving local employee engagement plan and actions for the factory in connection with the functional HRBP and Head of HR Country Service.
9. Support managers and provides counsel to employees in all level regarding company, factory and governmental policies, regulations, and procedures in the factory in coordination with the Head of HR Country Service.
10. In alignment with the Head of HR Country Service, guarantee the quality and application of the compensation and benefits for blue collar employes, and make analyses and proposals to Factory Director for negotiation meetings in line with industrial management strategy.
11. Support payroll process by ensuring proper reporting, analysis, legal compliance of overtime and shift hours. Collaborate with Payroll team to deliver timely and accurate payment of overtime and factory specific allowances.
12. Responsible for driving Performance Management of Blue Collar employees in line with process with a right mix of team and individual objectives to support WCM involvement and Factory Performance / KPIs.
13. Support the training needs based on company learning and development process and the training plan for the factory. May participate in (not lead) the WCM Training and Education pillar.
14. As part of the factory management team, contributes to the overall factory operations and decisions making from HR perspective.
We believe you have
• University Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 3-4 years of professional experience in Industrial Relations and Factory environment in an international company.
• Possesses strong knowledge in local labour law and experience in managing relations with unions and in Reward process.
• Holds a track record of proven performance and driving change; and have successfully built relationships with internal clients, colleagues, authorities and external partners.
• Excellent English proficiency is a must.
