Job Summary

Support senior management to create an optimized organization and business agenda including all related activities.

What you will do

1. Manage unit’s administrative tasks at senior management level

2. Plan, organize, coordinate and support execution of management meetings, organizational meetings, events, and similar activities

3. Perform general office support to the department (incl Microsoft Office knowledge)

4. Travel planning and management

5. Finance/Cost support

6. Manage delegation of Responsibility

7. Lead Site Administration Network

8. Lead business administration projects

We believe you have

  • 1-2 years of experience from similar role
  • Good English and Turkish knowledge
  • Good communication skills
