Consumer Insights Manager

Tetra Pak is looking for a Cluster Consumer Insights Manager to be part of the Greater Middle East & Africa Business Insights & Analytics Team.
In this role, you will be able to provide knowledge, insights and recommendations in a multicultural environment, to the Cluster team and different Market companies of the Middle East and Africa, which will allow them to react to constant market changes, to satisfy consumer’s needs and to contribute to the organization’s growth.

• Bachelor's degree in relevant subject field (preferably in Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, Economy) from a reputable university 
• Master’s degree in Marketing / Social Sciences is a plus
• 10-12 years of experience in Consumer Insights / Category Management in an FMCG company or Market Research (preferably in a market research agency)
• Proven ability to work across cultures and multi-task
• Experience in storytelling, building insights decks and presenting projects
• Keen eye for reaching results and recommendations for management team
• Understanding and deep knowledge of marketing principles, research methodologies (experience in setting and running qualitative and quantitative studies)
• Experience in managing an annual research budget and leading marketing research activities
•  Wide experience working with Qualitative and Quantitative methodologies: U&A’s, Brand equity projects, Segmentations, Conjoint Analysis, Product Test, Packaging evaluation
• Fluent in written and spoken Turkish and English
• Competent in MS Office programs (expertise in Excel and PowerPoint)
• Experience in PowerBI and data visualization tools is a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Able to communicate to all levels and well organized with a gregarious personality who enjoys building relationships, self-driven and with a high business acumen
• High attention to detail and top-notch analytical skills 
• High digital savvy and curiosity in latest trends
• No military service obligation for male candidates

Main Purpose of the Job

Provide cost analysis (for standard cases and with guidance: Customer System Cost and Customer Operational Cost analysis, Packaging Material and Additional Material production cost simulations, Value Chain cost analysis) on solutions for Tetra Pak and competitors (other carton, plastic bottles, plastic pouches, etc) in order to support both Marketing and Product Management and DSO on product strategy and specific development projects.

Critical Experience

4 years of Finance exp., Process, Product and technical knowledge; Very good business understanding, Expert in analysis tool; Informal authority

Minimum Education

University degree (MBA, masters or similar) in Business Administration or Engineering or equivalent

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver Customer System Cost and Customer Operational Cost analysis
2. Deliver Packaging Material and Additional Material production cost simulations
3. Deliver Value Chain cost analysis
4. Contribute to financial business cases of projects
5. Promote knowledge and understanding in Tetra Pak of production cost, customer system and operational cost and value chain cost, as well as main competitor systems key drivers
6. Member of the Tetra Pak Customer System Cost/Value Chain Cost Network
