Job Summary

Our mission in Group Financial control at Tetra Pak, is to lead and drive the control framework enhancement throughout the Tetra Pak Group and to deploy productive and compliant Governance Risk Compliance (GRC) processes.

As a member of the Internal Control Team (part of Group Financial Control) and reporting to the Control & Assurance Manager, you will play a key role in driving the GRC process within Tetra Pak. 

 

We are offering a temporary position for one year. This position will preferably be based in Lund, Sweden, but alternative location can be considered. 

What you will do

  • Master data responsible for Control master data (MyRisk, SAP GRC & SharePoint) controls  
  • Prepare and participate in the Yearly Control review process and support Process teams/Policy owners in update/create/ delete controls  
  • Prepare tools, training material and schedule the Yearly CSA. Support key stakeholders during the Yearly CSA, but also rest of the year on open issues, problem solving etc.  
  • Prepare and execute Ad-Hoc CSAs on request and support stakeholders 
  • Lead & support the CCM (Continuous Control Monitoring) process (train new control receivers, maintain training material, participate in preparation of new controls and change of existing controls, communicate with CCM Receivers) 
  • Be engaged in two ongoing projects – Implementation of Corporater/MyRisk and NCSP (S4 Hana implementation) 
  • Collaborate with GIM on tickets, improvements and resolutions and monitor progress on GRC related tickets 
  • Collaborate with Corporate Governance (especially when it comes to GRC Organisational structure & Risk Management) 
  • Collaborate with the ESG Reporting team (support the design of controls, lead documentation, and onboard new Control Owners).     
  • Prepare, review and maintain GRC related documentation in the area of CSA, CCM and Yearly review of controls 
  • Business administration of the tool Correct 

We believe you have

  • University degree in (MA, MBA or equivalent) in Business Administration or equivalent in IT/Data management 
  • Advanced user of excel 
  • IT skilled with good knowledge of SAP  
  • Experience from Finance & Accounting and/or Governance Risk & Compliance 
  • Analytical skills 
  • Self going and accountable 
  • Fluency in written and oral English in combination with good communication skills is essential 
  • Good communication and presentation skills 
  • Good command of English, both written and verbal
