Maintenance Manager

We have an excellent opportunity for a self-driven and experienced candidate to join a world class business in the role of Maintenance Manager.

Maintenance Manager is responsible for the maintenance and technical development of Imatra factory in order to ensure the smooth production process. 
You don’t work alone but will lead and work with a very professional and motivated maintenance team in this daytime job. 

This role will be based at our Imatra Factory, Tetra Pak Production Oy.
 

What You Will Do

As Maintenance Manager you will:

  • Drive the equipment reliability through WCM methodology and maintenance strategy,
  • Propose and  implement factory investment according to factory strategy,
  • Develop the technical knowledge and capabilities with the employees within the organization,
  • Plan and implement safeguard the installation and building as per safety regulations and laws,
  • Manage a part of the technical purchases as users with technical professional input,
  • Expenses control for department and production equipments, seeking opportunities for expenses reduction in Spare Parts area of Maintenance,
  • Being a member of factory management team, drive and cooperate with other departments to achieve Factory target.

Who You Are

We believe you have:

  • Higher technical degree
  • Knowledge of industrial automation in practical level
  • Good collaboration skills, flexibility and self-initiative
  • Will for developing the systems and process equipment
  • Project management skills
  • Good Finnish and English skills, both verbal and written.

 

The following qualifications are seen as advantage:

  • Knowledge in WCM, Lean, TPM or other such continuous improvement methodologies
  • Work experience in industrial maintenance or designing
  • Experience in leading people.
